The cabinet is in beautiful … Read more Purchased in England in 1928 and travelled with one family bck to the United States. The cabinet is in beautiful condition for its age of almost 100 years. The satinwood is inlaid with walnut and hand painted flower garlands on the front doors of the cabinet. Behind the doors are two shelves, not including the bottom shelf. There is one large pull out drawer on the topunderneath the cbinet with ormolu bronze style mountings. The original keys are available. This was purchased with a matching dining table and six chairs, a demilune server, and a large sideboard. The hand carved wood fretwork can easily be removed for a simpler look. The pieces were all meticulously made with every attention to detail.
