This wall … Read more This is quite substantial in size and would make a great perch for one of your favorite treasures. This wall shelf is over 27 inches tall. Beautifully painted in black and shades of gold , to me this has a French look or possibly Italian look. Fluted design adds to the details and beauty of this wall shelf. My favorite part though is the whimsical wooden ball tassels around the top and a band of them across the middle. I have to admit I have carried this all over my house trying to find a space to use it but between a lot of windows and a fairly large art collection I am limited. I'm not positive what it's made out of, it's hollow inside so not terribly heavy but it's very well made. See less
