Czechoslovakia, circa 1890.
This is a RARE and unusual piece, ALL hand painted and decorated with gilt enamel, on a white color background.
The high relief glass, in purple color ( very unusual color ), nicely cut and decorated with gold gilding.
Excellent hand work, excellent details.
Very high quality gold gilded enamel decoration all over the vase.
Signed underneath Moser Karlsbad ( see photo ).
