This midcentury platform rocker by Baumritter is unique. There are no rocker panels attached to the legs, rather the seat is on a moveable platform. This mechanism results in the rocker taking up much less floor space and fitting into smaller spaces.
The rocker includes two loose button-tufted upholstered cushions. The floral pattern includes neutral shades of cream and blue. This rocker would be suitable in a living room, family room, bedroom or nursery.
I don’t know the exact age, but it may have been produced in the 1960s. It is in overall good pre-owned condition, with minor marks consistent with age and use. Please let me know if you have any questions. less
