The tray was made in the 50's in Vietnam and has few design elements from the Art Deco period. Check out the curved handles on each side.
The Tray has a black lacquer finish inside and the handles have landscape design with earth tone, gold leaf and foliage .
It is in good shape although the wood has warped a little bit.
The last photo shows that the wood frame is not in one piece. Not sure if that was a repair or not.
It is signed and measures 23" long by 12" wide and 2" tall. less
