The detailed cast bronze in the shape of an elephant has been mounted on an oak base. The bronze is heavy and has verdigris accents to the patina surface. The surface has also been cast with a heavy texture. The sculpture catches the essence of a very mature elephant as it is lumbering along.

I found no artist signature or maker’s marks.

MEASUREMENTS

9 ½” (24.1 cm) long x 5” (12.7 cm) wide x 6 ¾” (17.1 cm) tall. Weighs 5 lbs 1.4 oz (2310 g)
