Majolica hand-painted with magnificent detailing and artwork, extraordinary level of detail, evoking the splendors of the Golden Age of Italian ceramics.
The Deruta Raffaellesco pattern traces its origins to the 16th century and was inspired by Raphael’s Frescoes in the Vatican.
One of Deruta's most popular and enduring Renaissance patterns adorned in mythical animals, Raffaellesco is a compassionate deity bestowing good luck to seagoing merchants with the wind puffs steaming from the dragon's mouth.
Among the most popular and enduring Italian majolica patterns, and the graceful arabesques of Raphael's famous frescoes.
Large parade plate in high temperature underglazed majolica ceramic, decorated in polychromy.
The stylized dragons of the central motif was reputedly painted first by Raphael, a master painter and architect of the Italian High Renaissance.
The uniqueness of these products depends on the very high artistic level with which they have been decorated, which makes each piece a unique work.

Majolica ceramic is determined by the ancient process, unchanged over time and handmade, which we observe to the letter in the creation of our artworks: painting ceramics is a very complex, fascinating and insidious art, but it is precisely the human and imperfect sign that makes every piece so characteristic and totally unique. deBlona's essence is represented by the interpretation of the color and by an unrepeatable taste, with which we want to give new chromatic emotions. Majolica accompanies the history of mankind, telling its existence for centuries: here, in our Atelier, we want to keep on narrating our time.
