Circa early 20th century France.
This lovely French Provincial woven wicker basket was originally used as a champagne grape harvesting basket. Features a thick braided top with handles on each end and red champagne house initials “B.C.” on the sides. Reinforced with wire ties and supported by wood slat bottom.
Its magnificent size and incredible rustic appeal is perfect for decorating, storage and display. Fill it with pillows, blankets, plants or firewood - the possibilities are endless.
