- If you like owls these are a must have! Heavy metal, brass I think, and two owls on a branch. … more If you like owls these are a must have! Heavy metal, brass I think, and two owls on a branch. The branch has cute details like acorns and knots in the wood. There's small knobs that the owls perch on when they're on the branch. The s&p's have plastic stoppers. They were made in Japan, as per the paper tag on the bottom. The owls are 2 5/8"x1 1/8". When the owls sit on the branch the tallest one sits at 4". I'm guessing on the vintage of these to be from the 1960s or 70s. Even if you don't use them for s&p's you could just set them out for fun! The dimensions below are for the branch when the owls are sitting on it. less
