The hinges are intact and the backing is a flat velvet material.
It was purchased at the Pasadena Antique Show.
Great size, and it measures 8" w by 10".5 h, and when it is open it measures 16.5" w by 10.5" H by 1" d.
Vintage and good condition, probably made in America. less
