Mid-century danish table lamp by fridtjof sejersen for sejer made ca 1960s to 1970s. It´s made in his own studio workshop in nr. Aaby on the danish island funen which he ran from 1941 to 1978.
the lamp foot is made with course chamotte clay which gives it a vivid expression. It has an embossed circular decoration on two sides and the satin glaze is white-brown. A square at two sides is left unglazed.
the lamp is hand marked on bottom: sejer + danmark + unic
included is a new lamp shade designed and made in denmark.
it is made of woven fabric with some texture and it is off white.
it has a top cover so it will spread a cozy light downwards.
the lamp is in very good used condition with full function.

height ceramic part only 24 cm
measures lamp base: 13 x 13 cm
diameter lamp shade: 30 cm
height lamp shade 23 cm
light bulb: for type e 6/e 27 edison screw-fitting.
