The front of the house has a fenced in faux brick pathway and flower-box leading from the garage to the front door. It has a three car garage that can fit three cars. The lawn is made of astro-turf and the roof appears to be made of some type of rubberized textured material. The chimney is also made of faux brick. Each window "glass" is made from a durable piece of plastic. All windows, except the living room window, have window panes. There are signs of wear mainly to the floors, peeling wallpaper and worn spots on the chimney but overall this is a sturdy/well built piece with great eye appeal. It's a minor fixer-upper that has great bones! This is a blast from the past, groovy 70s chic! Please review the photographs to see the condition details up close. We have shown a picture of cars in the garage and the final picture shows the house furnished; please note that this dollhouse is being sold without accessories.
