Layered glass, cranberry inside, white outside, silver crest
Red/pink ruffle faces to white opaque milk glass
Silver crest refers to the clear rim edge that appears to be silver
Star shaped
Hand blown with polished pontil
Early/mid 20th century, possibly made by Mt. Washington
All original
