The best way to describe the pattern here is Ikat, but that is a textile process that does not apply. And it's not exactly abstract either because there is definitely some artistry, and repetition, as well as discipline involved to the pre-burnished drip-glaze. This beauty ticks all the boxes meshing antique with modern, classic blue and white, and has a genuinely global chic appeal. The blue and white will perk up any room, but also has an air of serenity.
