They are hand made of setoguro black clay, and glazed in shades of turquoise and gold. They depict a male and female figure. The male figure holds a book, while the female figure holds a jar. Both are illegibly signed on the bottom. A lovely antiquity to add to add interest to any room!

Male figure measures 3" wide x 4" deep x 5-1/4" tall and sits on a 4" diameter x 1-1/2" high plinth.
Female figure measures 2-3/4" wide x 2-3/4" deep x 5" tall and sits on a 4" diameter x 1-1/4" high plinth. See less
