Stylish palm floor lamp, by Sergio Terzani. Italy, dating from the 1970's for TIEFFE LUCE FIRENZE.
This is a tall and striking Italian floor lamp design, depicting two gilt faux bamboo stems with full soft white palm fronds. The fronds have a dusted pale tone to the centre of each leaf. Milk glass globes conceal a single bulb at the end of each bamboo stem The palm has a circular base with more leaves surrounding the main stems, this base repainted is weighted to support the outstretching stems All the leaves and fronds are intact. In excellent vintage condition.
