Willy Bindels (1908-1964), of Dutch nationality, was known as a painter of Concarneau where he arrived in the 1950s.

Watercolor has a protective glass, it is natural and remained fresh in color.

The faults are minimal, we point out a few points of freckle and light friction, small deformations on paper, nothing very dramatic.
