The statue is titled 'The Teenager' and in fact represents a girl intent on arranging her hair.
The artist's signature is clearly distinguishable on the base.
The girl is depicted with her face down toward the ground and her arms pulled up to touch her hair, probably to fix it. On the waist is a belt, suggesting that the girl's dress is a long dress down to her feet, considering that these are not visible.
The statue is very beautiful suitable for decorating bookcases and art shelves. The statue is in good and original vintage condition, slight scratches and light wear consistent with its time and use.
