The work features Hebrew text from Hekhalot literature surrounded by yellow bursts and blue and purple dots. Hekhalot text, derived from the Hebrew word for "Palaces," refers to writing related to visions of ascents into heavenly palaces. Signed, titled, and dated on reverse.

Artist Biography: Dee Wolf is a Minnesota native, and studied at University of Houston; the Glassell School at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston; the C.G. Jung Center, Houston; and at the Oomoto School of Traditional Art in Japan.

She has shown over 90 one-woman shows from 1977 to the present; some of these venues include the Dallas Museum of Art; Houston Museum of Fine Arts; Aspen Art Museum; Museum of Southeast Texas; C.G. Jung Center, Houston; Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Russia; Tomsk, Rostovondon, Nizhnily-Novgorod, Russia and at Alexandria Art Museum, Louisiana.
