The POV is from Gapstow Bridge. Personally I feel it is an autumnal image just as the city is gearing up for winter. the ice beginning to form on the water surface & the barren trees preparing for the first snow
In the image you can see the historic Sherry Netherland, Savoy Plaza Hotel and the Plaza (among others)

The soft impressionistic details in reflection of the glassy water is my favorite part of the photo
