Nice pose and nice expressions.
I can count at least 5 different types of veneers ( oak, walnut, mahogany, burls , rosewood…. ).
Signed lower right with the initials BG ( see photo ).
With 2 brass handles.
Can be used as a wall decoration.
I cleaned it with alcohol, polished it with shellac and wood wax. less
