This is a UNIQUE and LARGE, antique HAND painted, enamel plaque on copper, most likely done by Limoges.
Depicting Paul Beresteyn, Judge at Harlem.
After the original at Louvre.

Excellent hand painted, excellent expressions, richly colored and decorated.
Set behind a bronze frame, in a wooden frame, decorated and painted in black and 2 gold tones.
