- This fabulous and chic vintage and rare lucite bench or ottoman is by a Greek designer named Spiros Zakas and … more This fabulous and chic vintage and rare lucite bench or ottoman is by a Greek designer named Spiros Zakas and called the Pintauro line. it was done between 1968 and 1969. He was from Atlanta Ga and sold to high end dept. stores in the 60's and to private clients. The lucite is a dark charcoal black color and the new upholstered cushion is a off white to white textural fabric by Ralph Lauren. It is called the Bend bench. less
