Authentic children's desk designed according to the model of the Republican School of the end of the 19th century, dating from the 1920s.
This desk has a large sloping solid oak tray, with a pitfall, lifting using iron hinges. At the opening, we discover a large storage space.
On the top, a strip has a throat, to place the pencils, and a inkwell in white porcelain.
The whole rests on four foot of square section, with chamfer on each edge. A oak spacer connects all the feet and a offset central bar allows the legs connecting. The crosspieces are in pine.
This little school desk will delight you with its warm shade and ideal dimensions. It retains the charm of the furniture of yesteryear.
