Decorative, heavy bottomed, was used for toothpicks in my family. It has a lovely, thick scalloped edge on top and floral, leaf pattern carvings and catches the light beautifully.

Vintage from the 1940's, it's a lovely little piece with not manufacture marks. Most likely Waterford, since the owner had many Waterford pieces.
