Extremely Rare True Antique 1890s Antique Factory Decorated Remy Delinieres & Cie, Bernaudaud & Co Limoges France Chocolate Pot With … Read more Extremely Rare True Antique 1890s Antique Factory Decorated Remy Delinieres & Cie, Bernaudaud & Co Limoges France Chocolate Pot With Lid originally sold by a high end porcelain and art retailer in New York, W.H. Plummer. The golden handle and beautiful decorative gold flowers along the perimeter of the lid and the upper scalloped part of the pot. Since Bernardaud was porcelain maker for Versailles, the pot had an unique feature showing that it was indeed made per order of the Royal House: the lid stoppers are from both left and right sides thus preventing the lid to fall off. So there is no need to hold on the lid with fingers while pouring hot chocolate.
