Jean-Denis Malclès is a painter, posterist and French decorator born May 15, 1912 in Paris where he died on May 30, 2002. We owe him in particular the creation of the costume of the Jacques brothers and several cinema or theater posters including that Beauty and the beast of Jean Cocteau.
