Listing is for a vintage Dutch botanical style painting of a still life of a floral arrangement in gorgeous vase on a table. I believe the frame is made of cherry with painted interior in a deep forest green.
Artist signed “Ruth Allison” 1950.
The frame is considerably older than the painting based on the characteristics of the irregular nail head shape and back of the frame. You can see that the painting isn’t original to the frame, rather that the frame has been adapted. less
