They are made of bronze, the figures have wings. They are finely chiselled and beautifully executed. They have their original patina.

There is some wear and tear on the gilding, some rubbing and scratching, some verdigris, a small deformation on the neck and a partially erased inscription on one of the candleholders at the base. These candlesticks remain in generally good condition.
