This Paul Klee rare vintage 1969 Modernist lithograph print " Two Country Houses " 1918, is a very special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The vintage lithograph print features an artwork image originally created by Klee in 1918 titled " Zwei Lustschofchen " ( Two Country Houses ). The lithograph print is printed in West Germany in 1969. The print is a page from an authentic vintage artists publication published by Harry N. Abrams publishers Inc. New York, in association with Verlag M. Dumont Schauberg Cologne, West Germany.
Paul Klee ( 1879 - 1940 ) The Swiss born Modernist artist is attributed to creating some of the most original and colorful paintings of The Twentieth Century. Klee was an educator at the famous Bauhaus School in Germany. His work reflects the styles and ideas of Symbolism, Expressionism, Cubism, as well the simplicity of the Bauhaus designs. Artworks by Klee are included in the collections of many of the world's most prestigious museums.
The rare out of print Modernist lithograph print image measures 8 5/8" W X 6 5/8" H, on a page that is 9 1/2" W X 11 3/8" H. It is printed on premium paper stock with a matte finish. This print is suitable for framing.
