The unique appeal of vintage leather over something new is difficult to describe, but it is the deeper patina and wear that comes slowly over time that creates the depth of character in a wonderful leather sofa such as this one. Add this to the classic style of a Chesterfield sofa, and it is a winning combination. This three-seat sofa is in good condition for its age and sits very comfortably with buttons and decorative nail heads in place. Please examine the close up photos to appreciate the worn patina of the dark brown leather, and that the seat cushion on the left is a lighter color that the middle and right cushions. There are castors on the three front feet, while the 3 turned feet in the back are stationary with no castors. Any scuffs, scratches, stains, signs of wear, crackles/distress to leather is commensurate with age and use. Please inquire if you have any questions about this or any other items.
