Fabulous retro set of handwoven rattan tiki-inspired trays with bent bamboo gallery rail-type frames and solid bamboo wooden bottoms. These cuties have an interior handcrafted from rattan woven in a herringbone basket weave pattern. The gallery rail frames are crafted from bent bamboo. They hail from Taiwan and were made sometime in the 1970s; makers label on the bottom of each tray (see photo 11). In overall excellent condition with a little bit of indiscernible wear in the corners of one tray (see photos 5 & 7) which does not affect its beauty or utility. Each measures 18¾” x 13” x 1½” W/D/H; usable interior space 17” x 11” x 1”. Together the pair weighs 1 lb. 3 oz.
