Marc Held is an architect and designer. It was said of her work that she went from the little spoon to the factory via the house, the automobile, the ski clothing or the porcelain \.
If his workshop has long been based in Paris, his design creations have been shown and sold worldwide. Many of his works are exhibited in contemporary art museums and certain rare pieces are now - when we discove it - in major public sales.
Marc Held now devotes most of his reflection to the relationships of popular architecture and modernity. Joining the practice of theory, he draws and builds a few rare houses whose architecture, gardens and furniture he designs, faithful in this like his illustrious predecessors: Mies Van de Rohe, Corbusier, Aalto, Jacobsen.
Marc Held resides mainly in Greece, a country now become his second homeland.
