It is Embossed on 3 Areas ( Both Sides & Bottom ) with the PATENT DATE OCTOBER 16, 1906 - See Last Photograph. It is Constructed out of an Indigenous American Hardwood - Possibly Maple. The Top is Mounted with a Sheet of Solid Copper. The Back Panel is Tin - Steel. It is in Excellent All Original Condition. It Still Retains its Original Dark Green Painted and Varnished Natural Wood Features that have Developed a Wonderful Color & Natural Aged Patina over the Years. It Displays Beautifully!. I Purchased this Piece on one of my Recent Picking Adventures in the Northern Cape Cod Massachusetts Region.
