Nice quality and decorative antique Chippendale side table which I think must have been designed for a specific use. Not too sure what though, but maybe someone out there will know. I’m sure it could have many uses.
It’s in excellent original condition & is very good quality. The top section has a handle on the top, with an open boxed compartment & gallery on the other side with turned uprights. It has a turned pedestal with a twisted centre part & sits on bold tripod legs with pad feet.
This table is structurally sound & has lots of character. I would date it to around the 1910 period.
