- Antique porcelain platter or plate embossed with a raised rim and a floral transferware design of pink / red and … more Antique porcelain platter or plate embossed with a raised rim and a floral transferware design of pink / red and yellow roses. It's Victorian, dating to the late 1800s. The pattern has a green background, which covers the entire plate, with some blue around the edges. There are also some hand-painted details--white highlights on the yellow rose, and gold flowers, leaves, and vines around the edges. The platter is unsigned but has a gold number on the base. It's in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There is wear on the gold paint, but not on the transferware, and a few specks of other material (perhaps paint). less
