Purchased by us in Paris from a dealer who specializes in original fashion drawings. They are unusual as they are done on deep magenta thick stock paper with magenta, pink and red gouache with white ink detailing. There is a wonderful quality to the images. They are delicate and fluid dress designs that create a sense of soft femininity. Zoom in to note the design details and the shading of color tones used throughout. Each drawing is numbered in the upper right corner and one drawing has a small detail of the back dress view. They are each mounted on pink paper only at the top (as we purchased them). Excellent, pristine condition. The drawings measure 6 x 10.5 inches; the pink mounting paper measures 7.75 x 11.75 inches.
