It has a Beautiful Large Cobalt Blue Hand Decorated Flower Design on the front with a "2" That Denotes its 2 Gallon Liquid Storage Capacity. It is Embossed with The Makers Name - J. BURGER, JR. ROCHESTER NEW YORK. These type of Jugs were Commonly Used to Store a Variety of Liquids - Spirits - Liquor - Ciders - Vinegar - Spring Water Etc. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT HAS HAD SOME PROFESSIONAL REPAIRS - RESTORATIONS TO THE HANDLE & SPOUT AREA - SEE LAST 3 PHOTOGRAPHS. It does have a Surface Kiln Glaze Imperfections - Spots That Would have Occurred in the Making - Kiln Firing Process. It Also Has Some Surface Age Cracks on the Lower Back Side. IT IS IN STRONG - SOUND CONDITION - DISPLAYS VERY NICELY.
