This artwork is an original color lithograph on Arches paper by French artist Marcel (le Mime) Marceau, 1923-2007. His signature is signed in pencil on the bottom right, artwork is numbered.
The print depicts a massive crowd standing about observing different various events or things. Look closely there are images of Charlie Chaplin, Laurel and Hardy, a ship sinking, towers burning in a city believed to be New York.
This is a very interesting work with brilliant colors.
