It is white base with lovely pastel floral bouquets on rim and sometimes in center A special characteristic of this set is that the flowers vary. Hand painted, with embossed edge, and is 12 sided. This set is as compete as I've ever seen, the jam pot captured my heart. I think it was little used, perhaps a wedding set only used very occasionally In remarkable condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, stains.
