A vintage 8x9 kilim rug from Persia, handwoven in wool circa 1950-1960.

The simple design prefers rich red, midnight blue and brown stripes in rust tones of the most complementary, warm presence. Keen eyes will further admire notes of black in the dark blue, and ultimately appreciate the livable, comfortable nature this tribal flat weave exudes.
