The off-white background is glazed while the flowers are more of a matte finish. Beautiful with a simple white shade or would also be cute with a pink or green shade. Harp and shade are NOT included. This has never been used. The ceramic body stands at 7 1/4” tall. To the top of the socket is around 12 1/2” less
