Unique! and Interesting Vintage Chinese Ceramic Box.
A rather large box with a large size foo dog on lid serving as handle. Multi glazed and unglazed areas create a unique and interesting combination of texture. Handpainted in mustard yellow with a mix of blues, greens and browns. Chinese characters are prominent on front, back and sides of box...written in black with red marks in the background. Slightly raised with four small feet. Marked on bottom.
Measures approx. 11" high with lid, 5.5" high w/o lid, 9.75" long x 5" deep
