Fabric on this small stool is a charming double woven brocatelle from RM Coco. When it was discontinued, I bought 2 yds myself. The vendor tells me via a comment on my IG post featuring this stool, that there is still stock on this pattern. Utterly sweet in 2 tones of pink with grey background and its tulip-y shapes forming vertical stripes.

Made in collaboration with Stile & Rail Workshop in our studios in the Art & Architecture building of Prospect Park, Minneapolis MN. to be customizable. We make 3 sizes of round, upholstered over hardwood frames in Small, Medium and Large. Same diameter each, but with different heights. We make these with longevity and sustainability in mind - that a piece is not throw-away, or made with any materials that readily degrade. No foam, no plastics, made to withstand repeated re-upholsterings, so can be expected to last generations.

This is the smallest version of our taboret stools, and as such is perfect for short sits or as footstool. Hardwood frame is lightly padded with recycled felt - no foam to degrade, which makes for a durable strong structure, suitable for quick perch, put your feet up at your favorite chair, but firm enough for drinks, trays of stuff, sitting... standing - we don't recommend anyone use this to stand on, but it is that strong!
