- This amazing chandelier was salvaged out of the Rupert Murdoch estate. It measures in at a grand 48 inch drop … more This amazing chandelier was salvaged out of the Rupert Murdoch estate. It measures in at a grand 48 inch drop by approximately 43 inches wide . It contains six arms each of which hold a candelabra containing five additional arms with five bulbs . I have never seen is chandelier quite like this I am led to believe it is possibly out of Spain and possibly made of bronze after looking further at the underside of the cap but I am not certain of the materials used . I can tell that the light is old and made of top quality but I am not sure of its exact age. I tried to capture in photos all of the detail . There are such pretty little flowers that decorate each of the six arms and also at the top. It came out of a beautiful Spanish Mediterranean and was located in the dining room . This home was done with nothing but the best it truly had such character and charm .You could tell that the owner took pride in the home and everything in it . less
