The frame finish is worn and shows loss of the gold gilt. The plate displays beautifully and the colors are vibrant. We did not open the backing to check the reverse side of the plate. We are familiar with Ashworth Ironstone and this pattern in general. We did not see any chips, cracks or breaks to the plate. This would make a beautiful addition to any collection and a lovely display item as is. Please review the photographs to see the condition details up close.
