The chair perfectly captures the essence of 1940s Danish design coming out of the Art Deco era and into the midcentury. The curved backrests and low slung proportions, clearly hint at inspiration from Viggo Boesen but the chair actually match the curved Danish "banana" sofas that were very popular in the 1930-40s. Most likely manufactured in that same span. Perfect newly upholstered condition with channeled backrest, covered in a soft and warm 100% Australian merino wool fleece maintaining the look and many of the properties of genuine fur.
