Mid-Century Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Salt Shakers - a pair - from a Palm Beach estate.
Please note that these are identical - so they can be used as salts or peppers (these were both used as pepper shakers.)
These are the classic Georg Jensen Salt Shakers No. 902 in Bernadotte. The Bernadotte pattern was designed by Sigvard Bernadotte. These sterling silver salt shakers each measure 2 inches high and 1 inch in diameter. Each piece bears impressed company marks for Georg Jensen, Sterling, Denmark, Sigvard Bernadotte, 902. (see last two images.) These pieces are in excellent condition. Original designer, the Swedish Prince Sigvard Bernadotte. The first products in the collection were designed in the 1930s when the design world was heavily influenced by the functionalist movement.
