The chairs are one of Sven Skipper's classic well-known and sought after designs but with a certain twist as the pair has been supplied with custom made bases of beautifully carved solid oak that are not standard issue for this model. The bases add a design twist that undoubtedly will have preference for some. The leather which started out as a brighter green has faded over the decades and attained a quite even but more olive or grayish green color. Nice patina through-out and overall good condition. Should you wish we are able to replace the base with the legs traditionally used on this design. less
