Lovely and perfect, this 1940s Winterling Bavaria covered series dish is ready for your holiday entertaining. Round in shape, this mostly white bowl is delicately rimmed in 24k gold leaf and embellished on the lid and handles as well. Birds perched on a blossomed branch on either side of the lid and body of the piece give it an elegant presence on your table or buffet.
The seven brothers of Winterling began the Winterling company in 1907. Based on their location nearing France, many Winterling pieces have French enfluence, as can be seen in this beautiful and flawless covered serving dish. less
